Based out of the Oklahoma City office, Josh joined Flintco in 2004 and became a Project Director in 2015. He serves in a project executive oversight role and is responsible for the overall management direction of all areas required to successfully deliver the construction project. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in Engineering Technology and was Summa Cum Laude. He is a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), as well as a board member for the OSU CMAB and OSU-OKC CMAB. Josh and his wife Beth have been married for 20 years and are blessed with three children; Charter (16) is an avid baseball player, Collin (14) enjoys playing soccer and football, and Cotton (12) plays all sports.

Coaching his son’s soccer team and working with Special Olympics has taught Josh strong communication skills, patience and perseverance, and the ability to motivate teams. Having a clear direction and purpose each day, while navigating the daily challenges and changes that occur, is crucial. Josh will rely on these skills and his ability to set goals and follow through with accuracy, to ensure a successful build. His calm and steady presence will ensure the project is successful and the team enjoys the experience while empowering the community.
