FedEx Forum
Flintco served as CM-Agent for the FedEx Forum. This state-of-the-art arena and special events facility rivals major sporting venues throughout the country. The 771,530-square-foot FedEx Forum has a capacity of 18,500 seats and 64 luxury suites. Flintco was hired by a national sports project management firm to act as the owner’s representative based upon reputation and extensive construction experience in the sports area. Flintco oversaw all aspects of the project from architect/engineers and general contractor items to complete the furniture, fixtures and equipment. The project budget and schedule were a main concern throughout the project.
