This new University of Texas chilling station supplies chilled and hot water to the new medical school district in downtown Austin. It contains a new 48,000-SF, 15,000-ton central chilling station; a 9,500-SF, 36,000-ton-per-hour thermal energy storage (TES) system; and a 13,000-SF cooling tower.
