Flintco has completed more than $14.4 billion in Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) projects.
Under the CMAR agreement, Flintco leads all aspects of construction including design review, overall scheduling, cost control, value analysis, constructability, preparation of bid packages, and construction coordination. In addition, Flintco takes on the financial obligation to deliver the project within a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
The GMP is finalized during preconstruction while working with the design team to explore alternatives in selecting material and building systems. We solicit feedback from trade partners and suppliers to confirm current market pricing, then we identify and purchase long-lead items to deliver more budget and schedule certainty. The team works together to reduce changes once your project has started.
