Peter Kozicz

Peter Kozicz brings a diverse business background and executive perspective to his role. Upon joining the company in 2013, Peter worked closely with the Executive Leadership team to redefine the Flintco culture and implement a collaborative strategic vision. His sustained focus on Safety, Quality and Financial Performance, along with a deep interest in improving historically low productivity rates for our industry, has produced compelling operational results with the adoption of Lean2.0^®, and the establishment of Flintco 4 LIFE.

Peter’s 30 years of executive experience in multi-billion-dollar organizations, informs his pursuit of geographic and strategic market sector expansion with a commitment to foster continuous improvement in all facets of the business. Recognizing the quality of Flintco’s people is vital to our continued success, Peter believes in recognizing and empowering leaders at every level throughout the company.

After relocating to Austin, Texas, in 2016, he also reclaimed his passion for competitive rowing after a 28-year hiatus. The sport has taken him around the U.S. and Europe competing and training for Master Class regattas. When he’s home, you’ll find him most mornings before dawn practicing with local rowing clubs on Lady Bird Lake in Austin.

Peter holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – both from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario.
