810 Building Remodel
This project is the renovation of a historic concrete, steel structure for First Presbyterian Church in downtown Tulsa. The project included the complete renovation of the exterior of the building, the roof, site and mechanical and electrical systems. The 6-story building sits upon a spread footings foundation with a build-up roof. Other special features include chillers/boilers and a cooling tower.
