This project is an expansion and interior finish out project of a Plasma testing laboratory and office for Grifols. Scope includes a freezer and storage addition onto the existing building that Grifols is leasing, the interior finish out of a previously demoed shell and then the demolition of the currently occupied space and then interior finish out.
