Brick Avenue Lofts

The Brick Avenue Loft project consists of 252 wood framed apartments that include studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. The top floor units also feature a loft with a private deck. The complex is made up of eleven stand alone buildings, including a club house and fitness building. The complex is close to downtown Bentonville with easy access to the Razorback Greenway Trail. The site features a heated swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and fire pit along with multiple gathering spots to enjoy.
