Cimarex Tenant Finish Out at One Place
This project is the interior office finish-out of 10-floors within the One Place Tower. Completed concurrently with the construction of the tower’s core and shell is the tenant finish-out for Cimarex’s new Tulsa headquarters. Construction on this fast-track project started in July 2012 and completed at the same time as the core and shell portion.
