City of Austin Asian American Resource Center
This 16,800-square-foot building features a 5,000-square-foot assembly hall with dividing partitions, a catering kitchen, a library/computer lab, nine classrooms, offices, conference spaces, an information center, a display gallery, meditation garden and a one-of-a-kind art piece functioning as a water fountain. Additional scope included asphalt and concrete paving, detention ponds and native landscaping. This project attained LEED® Silver Certification.
