Microsoft Office Expansion and Renovation

The Microsoft Office Expansion and Renovation consisted of a 6,200-SF expansion/tenant improvement and a 4,500-SF renovation of the employee space. Work on this fast-track project was completed while the owner occupied the connecting space, therefore, collaboration and coordination were key. The expansion and renovation included the demolition of some meeting areas, the addition of five new conference rooms, relocation of furnace units, the addition of HVAC units, two new WAR rooms, new focus rooms, a serving area,  new meeting areas, and wall-to-wall glass marker boards within some of the meeting rooms.

The project was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Arkansas and received the 2020 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award for the less than $2 million Commercial category.
