Music Circus at Wells Fargo Pavilion

Through this renovation and addition project, Flintco completely revamped this historic theatre site in downtown Sacramento. This project included the remodel of 28,000 SF to include a 2,200-seat performance theatre and the construction of 25,000 SF of new space and associated site work. The scope of work included a new entry plaza and box office, the renovation of Sacramento Theatre Company’s Mainstage and an expanded lobby area. There are also new administrative offices, an 80-seat Stage Two and a new permanent tent structure. Covered with Teflon-coated fiberglass fabric, the tent is constructed to be supported without poles.
