National Civil Rights Museum Renovation

Interior and exterior renovations to the national landmark include a re-designed lobby and mezzanine, auditorium upgrades, exhibit relocations, new restrooms, a grand staircase added to the lobby, and renovations to the existing motel space. Outdated technology was replaced with interactive features to improve the visitor experience.
