River Spirit Casino Parking Garage
This $18.7 million, six-story parking garage is located adjacent to the River Spirit Casino. Situated on top of a sand barge along the Arkansas River, 8,600 yards of buried trash and concrete were removed prior to construction. The foundation is comprised of 364 augercast piers, pier caps and a grade beam foundation system. The 395,000 SF, pre-cast garage houses 1,200 parking spaces as well as an elevator tower and speed ramp. The owner saved $4.5 million during Flintco’s value analysis process.
