Sam Houston State University Coliseum Garage

The Design-Build project site originally had three small housing buildings that were abated and demolished at the beginning of the project. The new structure is a stand-alone garage that serves as visitor parking for the campus and as the primary parking area for events at the Coliseum with 550 parking spaces. In addition, the site includes a police dispatch building with 4,600 SF of offices, a conference room, dispatch center and support spaces on the ground level.
