A full-service student housing center, this facility contains 200 rooms with 440 beds, desks, and dressers, as well as gang-style bathrooms, public lounges, and study spaces. The ground floor includes laundry, a community kitchen, a fitness center, offices, a coffee shop, computer lab, tutoring center, writing center, and faculty-in-residence living space. The partial basement serves as a storm shelter, built to Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) standards.
