This project includes the interior build-out of an existing shell with a large sales floor, a coffee bar, a kitchen, and work spaces for the preparation of specialty food items, including meat, seafood, produce, and baked goods. It also includes offices, a locker room for employees, and storage spaces for stock and shipping.
