Tony DeStefano Appointed Vice President, Human Resources

These are exciting times at Flintco – Flintco 4 Life has become a core part of our culture and we are well on our way with our Lean journey. I am thrilled to announce that on May 21, 2018 Tony DeStefano will be joining Flintco as Vice President, Human Resources.

Tony has worked at Skanska since 2006 starting as a Project Engineer. He transitioned into human resources most recently serving as Vice President, Human Resources for Skanska’s Civil and Building West Coast divisions. Tony was a Captain in the US Army serving from 2002 to 2008 with two tours to the Middle East. Tony has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Oklahoma State University. He currently resides in San Antonio and will work out of our Austin office.
