Cox Business Convention Center Project Awarded with 2021 National Excellence in Construction

Flintco is proud to be recognized along with Manhattan Construction Company with a 2021 national Excellence in Construction® Pyramid Award for the Cox Business Convention Center Renovation. The award was presented during the Associated Builders and Contractors recent convention in Grapevine, Texas.

The high-profile remodel of the Cox Business Convention Center represents a continuing partnership between Tulsa Vision Builders – a joint venture between Flintco and Manhattan Construction — and the City of Tulsa. The 70,000 square-foot arena now includes a 42,000-square-feet of adaptable ballroom/pre-function space, which is now Oklahoma’s largest ballroom. And it features a new east entrance entry connecting the existing venue with its downtown neighbors and creating a new “front door” to the facility facing downtown Tulsa. Congratulations to the project teams!
