Kelsey Rollings
Support / Austin
Flintco Role: Project Engineer
Role at Bridge Site: Support Member
Kelsey was born and raised in San Marcos, TX, and received her degree from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science & Management. Throughout college, Kelsey volunteered with Construction Students of America (CSA), helping to restore the local VFW Hall, and cleaning up after major events. After graduation, she worked on constructing a three-story tilt-wall research building and chiller plant for The University of Texas and is currently building a five-story hotel and garage in downtown Austin.
Saying goodbye to the RV life, for now, Kelsey recently became a homeowner where she lives with her dog and guinea pig. She enjoys yoga, home renovations, spending time in the San Marcos river when the weather is warm – all of which help her be the best version of herself for her teammates.
Kelsey’s optimistic attitude and collaborative approach to projects will positively contribute to the team’s overall success on this endeavor. During tough and stressful times, Kelsey believes you must stay strong, lift the team up, and be someone people can come to for anything. She will bring this encouraging outlook to the team and community. She is very grateful for the opportunity to help build a bridge that will result in a safer commute for the people of Mucyabahinja.
