June 24, 2015, is a significant milestone at Flintco. On that day more than five years ago, we began an important journey that has surpassed a major milestone: 9 million man-hours without a Lost Time Incident. Acknowledging safety milestones is important. However, each day that our people go home safely is an achievement worth celebrating! In 2020, Flintco has sent 1,382 positive safety notices to individual trade partners recognizing their commitment to safety. Positive reinforcement works!
