Hilti Office Remodel

This two-phase project completed for Hilti North America totals 116,260 SF of renovated office space for the Tulsa, OK campus, which houses 465 employees and is a customer service call and training center for employees worldwide. The first phase consisted of a fitness facility, new kitchen and employee break areas, private and open office space, conference and meeting rooms and rooms designated for training. The second phase of work consisted of a 3-level office renovation for two different buildings on the campus with open spaces for cubicles, employee lounge areas, new bathrooms, and executive
office space with high-end finishes. This phase of work was completed in three stages. One floor was completed and turned over one at a time, allowing Hilti’s daily operations to continue with minimal impact.
