Northwest Building at One Place

Constructed a mere 10 inches from the One Place Tower, this building began construction while One Place Tower was already well underway. Project teams shared laydown and staging areas, phasing work so that there was no impact to the other project. The structure is a Class A office space and home to Northwestern Mutual Financial services and Check 6, with shell space available for future growth.
