Comprised of structural steel, this southwest-inspired building was delivered two months ahead of schedule, saving the owner more than $1 million. The exterior design features stucco and a glass curtainwall. The inside includes a commons, a food service area, a bookstore, classrooms, office space, and a small clinic area.
