UT CMA/CMB Renovation Phases I & II

Renovation work on these two buildings included demolition and abatement, interior finish replacement, and the addition of classrooms, offices, labs, and an auditorium. Other improvements included primary mechanical and electrical systems, as well as an upgraded security system to the exterior doors, all while remaining open for students and staff.
