Village at Germantown

A new, three-story assisted living and memory care building with 45 units was constructed, including lounge areas, dining facilities, and administrative offices. The project also included the renovation of existing assisted living and memory care facilities into a 20-bed rehab unit and renovation of an existing 30-bed nursing unit.
