Flintco was proud to celebrate the new WPX Energy headquarters with a groundbreaking event in Tulsa this week. The 260,000 SF, 11-story building features public plazas and walkways, pedestrian-friendly streetscaping and green space.
The high-profile project, which is expected to bring a significant economic impact to Tulsa, includes plans for a public plaza and a public pathway through the middle of the campus connecting Guthrie Green in the Arts District and John Hope Franklin Reconciliation Park. The campus and its front door will face east toward Reconciliation Park as a symbolic tribute to the importance of Tulsa history.
