Northern Oklahoma College New Building in Stillwater
This project includes 75,372 SF higher education facility to accommodate continued enrollment growth. The project consists of classrooms, science labs, faculty offices, nursing school, tutoring and testing spaces, and “One Stop Shop” student enrollment and financial aid center. The building is a steel and concrete structure and features a brick and cast stone Neo-Georgian exterior to match the adjacent OSU campus. The site includes limited parking, and the building contains reinforced areas of refuge.
